What we're looking for: Someone with tenacity, passion, excitement, and grit to join our team as a Simulation Laboratory Coordinator at our Boise Campus.

The Simulation Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the simulation center in Boise, ID. The Simulation Coordinator overseas the preparation, maintenance, inventory and operation of all simulation equipment/supplies and collaborates with faculty to design, plan, implement and schedule simulation activities. The coordinator ensures adherence to program policies, course objectives, program outcomes and current simulation best practice and safety measures. Occasional evening or weekend shifts may be required.

Do you qualify? Yes, if you have experience in your field! Teaching experience is not required if you are an expert in the field and meet the below qualifications:

  • MSN Required
  • Registered Idaho RN license
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers
  • Direct patient care experience within the previous five (5) years in the nursing area to which he or she is assigned, which can be met by:
  • One (1) year's continuous, full-time or its equivalent experience providing direct patient care as a registered nurse in the designated nursing area or One (1) academic year of registered nurse level clinical teaching experience in the designated nursing area or its equivalent that demonstrates clinical competency
